[Rerun of Apr 10, 2020] I wanted to make my own predictions on the Covid-19 epidemic in Romania, where I live. Although Romanian authorities report confirmed cases several times a day, I decided to use data from Our World in Data, specifically from the dataset csv file linked among their sources. By the time I uploaded this, the total number of cases in Romania was at least 5467 with the 270 deaths, but the data that I downloaded showed 5202 and 229 deaths. I will regularly update this post, as new data is available or as I get new ideas.

[UPDATED Mar 22, 2020] I wanted to make my own predictions on the Covid-19 epidemic in Romania, where I live. Although Romanian authorities report confirmed cases several times a day, I decided to use data from Our World in Data, specifically from the full dataset csv file linked among their sources. They claim is that the data is updated daily at 20:00 London time. I can live with a small delay. By the time I uploaded this, the total number of cases in Romania was at least 433 with the first two deaths this morning, but the data that I downloaded showed 367 and no deaths. I will regularly update this post, as new data is available or as I get new ideas.
